Bright Heat Treatment

Bright Heat Treatment Technology

As the name indicates, bright heat treatment refers to a treatment in which the part is finished in a brilliant shine.
During the process, the atmosphere is adjusted in the heat treatment furnace to prevent oxidization from occurring on the surface of the part.
After the part is inserted into the heat treatment furnace, the atmosphere is strictly controlled until completion of heating or cooling.

Using our pit-type bright furnace, we offer bright treatments for a wide range of parts, from oversized parts to compact components.
The following presents our part treatment capabilities.

• Magnetic annealing of low-carbon steel
• Metal conditioning of case hardening steel (to stabilize crystal granularity after carburizing)
• Metal conditioning of case hardening steel (to stabilize crystal granularity after carburizing)

We also have water cooling equipment on site that enables us to cool with water. We also heat parts without oxidization.
